Additionally, we stay current with trainings and webinars. Amaris Scipione, owner of Adventures by Amaris has racked up several certifications. Furthermore she has learned customer service from world-renowned companies such as Disney & Apple.
What We Provide
We provide personalized service from start to finish. We begin by getting to know you and your needs. We take that information to provide a custom quote that usually includes 2-3 options with plenty of visuals and information. We compare and contrast the options with insider feedback. This travel advice empowers you to make an informed decision about your trip. Once the trip is booked, we continue to provide first-class service. We send emails preparing you for travel and we are available for phone calls and Zoom meetings for detailed questions. We are also available by email and text for simple questions. We finish by preparing your documents for travel which varies by the type of trip. Most trips will get a digital itinerary complete with App suggestions, detailed instructions on things you need to do for travel, and a day-by-day itinerary. For more complicated trips, we also mail a printed copy of your travel documents and itinerary. Some trips will even get some goodies mailed with the printed documents! All of this makes the travel experience hassle-free for you.
Travel Partners
We work with several travel partners to plan your family and milestone vacations. Royal Caribbean International, Princess, Disney Cruise Line, Celebrity Cruise Line, and Virgin Voyages are our most booked cruise partners. We book directly with Disney and Universal for theme parks trips. Funjet Vacations, Travel Impressions, and Unique Vacations are our most used suppliers for all-inclusive vacations. We also partner with other popular travel partners such as United Vacations, Delta Vacations, American Airlines Vacations, and Southwest Vacations. Our favorite guided tour partners include CIE Tours, Tauck Tours, Adventures by Disney, and Backroads.
