What We Provide
We provide personalized service from start to finish. We begin by getting to know you and your needs. We take that information to provide a custom quote that usually includes two to three options with plenty of visuals and information. We compare and contrast the options with insider feedback. This travel advice empowers you to make an informed decision about your trip. Once the trip is booked, we continue to provide first-class service. We send emails preparing you for travel and we are available for questions along the way. We finish by preparing your documents for travel which varies by the type of trip. Most trips will get a digital itinerary complete with App suggestions, traveler checklist, destination guide, and your day-by-day itinerary. For more complicated trips, we also mail a printed copy of your travel documents and itinerary. Some trips will even get some goodies mailed with the printed documents! All of this makes the travel experience hassle-free for you.
