Vacations for the Whole Family

Multigenerational trips are a fantastic way for families to bond and create lifelong memories together. However, it can be challenging to find a destination that can accommodate a wide range of ages and physical abilities. Luckily, there are several options available that can cater to everyone's needs to provide the best vacation for the whole family.

One of the most popular destinations for multigenerational trips is Disney World. With its wide variety of attractions, shows, and activities, there is something for everyone to enjoy. From the Magic Kingdom to Epcot, Disney World has it all. Plus, the parks are designed to be accessible for those with physical disabilities, making it an excellent choice for families with elderly or disabled members.

If you're looking for a more relaxing experience, consider a cruise on one of Royal Caribbean's ships, such as the Icon of the Seas or the Utopia of the Seas (coming soon.) These ships have plenty of activities and entertainment options for all ages, from kids' clubs to Broadway-style shows. Plus, they offer accessible staterooms and facilities for those with disabilities.

Several other cruise ships are well-designed for the whole family as well. Sun Princess (coming soon) has a family area of the ship that’s perfect for kids to play while also allowing their parents and grandparents to be nearby. Disney Cruise Line has several ships that work well for family vacations including the Disney Wish, Disney Treasure, and Disney Adventure (coming soon.) The ships offer activities for a wide range of sailors and dinner-time is a wonderful time to re-group and connect.

For a tropical getaway, Beaches Turks & Caicos is an all-inclusive resort that caters to families with children of all ages. The resort has a waterpark, kids' clubs, and plenty of activities for adults, such as spa treatments and water sports. This resort also caters well to food allergies with a dedicated food concierge. The kid’s club accommodates autism well too.

Other options for multigenerational trips include all-inclusive resorts in Mexico, Jamaica, and Dominican Republic. Hard Rock Punta Cana, Iberostar Maya Suites, Casa de Campo Resort and Villas, Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit, Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana, Moon Palace Cancun, Beaches Negril, and Dreams Playa Mujeres are some options that are great for families.

No matter which vacation you choose, planning a multigenerational trip can be an excellent way for families to reconnect and create lasting memories together. Connect with a travel advisor to ease the process of a potentially massive trip!
